Tried this company as the previous company changed vans and couldn’t get into the car park where I parked my car. Confirmed with Sebastian on the phone that their vans were below 1.85m and would be able to enter car park, which he said they would. Received a phone call on Tuesday to say that the valeter is sick and wouldn’t be able to come that day, so appointment was moved to Wednesday. Valeter arrived on the Wednesday and was friendly enough, but his van was of course too big for the car park so we spent 20 minutes trying to find a place to wash it, which we did finally on the street. I made the mistake of not inspecting his work and found their were still bugs on the front of the car, the wheels hadn’t been cleaned and there were water marks everywhere. Was also having one of the wheels refurbished in the afternoon, to which I asked the technician what he thought of the job and he replied “a 10 pound car wash would have done a better job”. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would call back in 15 minutes. No one did, so I called the next day. When I finally spoke to a manager, his response was, “what do you expect for a £60 valet?” When I tried to explain the issues, he simply said “you keep interrupting me”. In my experience the customer should always be listened to and not seen as an interruption. There are far better services than this one, so would not recommend this place, particularly if you have a nice car. Happy to send photos if anyone needs them and you be the judge.
