How to Book A Service
Step 1 – Ask for a FREE estimate
For bodywork or wheel repairs, we need to see images of the damage. so would recommend using our booking form or live chat to send us your photos.
If we cannot clearly see the damage – we may arrange with you to provide a final estimate onsite.
Step 2 – Receive your estimate
We will get back with our qualified technician’s estimate and comments usually by email unless you request a call.
If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please contact us by phone in case our email has gone missing.
Step 3 – Let us know you’re happy to proceed
If you wish to book and appointment, simply reply to our email or give us a call us.

Step 4 – Pick an appointment to suit
We will give you some availability options and book an appointment for one of our technicians to come to your address to carry out the service.
Step 5 – Confirm your appointment
A 50% deposit is taken at this stage to secure the booking with us for you.
We accept major debit and credit cards – you can pay online with confidence via our secure payment service.
Step 6 – On the day
We will come to the address given at the appointment time to complete the service.
After an inspection with our technician, the remaining payment is taken for the service.
